AHHHHH ..... Summer!

As you probably know, I am always looking for a great summer camp.

Check out these camps offered by Carroll ISD.  They are open to everyone - not just Carroll ISD students and families.
There are camps for
Math

MANY MORE NON SPORTS CAMPS,
and a whole host of sports camps...

Here is another camp that my kids really like.... and it is being offered at a bargain price.

Whole truth:  My 8 year old boys cried for weeks before they were made to go to NYTEX Sports Camp.  So, I enlisted their friends to attend camp with them:  5 boys headed to camp together for one week of afternoon sports.  SUCCESS!
In preparing the schedule for this summer,  NYTEX Sports Camp was their #1 request!

I contribute the success to 2 things:
1- they had friends at camp to hang with, although after the first day they didn't all stick together.
2 - NYTEX does it right - always offers 2 sports simultaneously so that kids get to choose what sport in which to participate.
3- I know I said 2, but the kids really were just afraid of the unknown.  This is a great camp!
