Summer Camp Ideas Are Rolling In.....

I have not experienced this camp personally, but it seems reasonably priced.  The Fort Worth Botanic Gardens have been spectacular each time I've visited, so I'm guessing these camps will be fantastic as well.


They are already taking registration for summer camps!!

Summer Camp sessions are Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – noon.

Children grades K-5 are invited to register.

Discover the Garden            June 9 – 12                 9 a.m. – noon

Go behind the scenes and experience the fun and excitement at the Garden! Eat fresh tropical fruits, care for beautiful plants and learn about taking care of our koi fish, tarantulas and turtles.
Cost:  $80 per child (Botanical Society members $70 )

Incredible Edibles                 June 16 – 19               9 a.m. – noon

Pick vegetables in the Backyard Vegetable Garden, build your own solar
oven, make nutritious and fun food, and learn about gardening at home.
One day is all about CHOCOLATE!

ImagiNation                              June 23 – 26               9 a.m. – noon

Your child’s imagination can go wild at Imagi-Nation Camp! This is a
fantastic experience for your child to interact with nature, while
developing his/her sense of wonder and imagination.

Amazing Animals                   June 30 – July 3         9 a.m. – noon

Learn about the animals living in the Botanic Garden. Discover their
homes, how they communicate, and how to protect them.
